Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Araha by Aradhika, we strive to deliver high-quality handmade products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

1. Return Policy
   We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered unless it is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
   If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue at arahabyaradhika@gmail.com. We will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

3. Refund Policy
   Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances. In exceptional cases, if approved by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy
   Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
